2. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed on this shop. By placing an order, the customer accepts them.
3. Orders
The customer chooses items, adds them to the cart and confirms the order on the secure checkout page. A confirmation email is sent after payment. Snowen reserves the right to cancel an order if an item is unavailable; the customer is then informed and refunded.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) or converted into the customer's currency. The seller is not registered for Swiss VAT; no VAT is charged. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. The available payment methods are shown on the secure checkout page.
5. Product availability
Products are offered while stocks last. Photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible; slight colour differences may exist depending on the screen.
6. Delivery
Delivery to Switzerland, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, the United States and Canada. Costs: CHF 7 in Switzerland and CHF 16 in other countries, free from CHF 50. Estimated time in Switzerland: 7 to 14 days, given as an indication; it may be longer for other countries. 7. Returns and refunds

8. Damaged or non-conforming products
The customer reports any damaged, faulty or non-conforming item as soon as possible after receipt, with the order number and photos. A suitable solution is then offered.
