We deliver to Switzerland, the entire European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, the United States and Canada. Here is everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.
Shipping costs
- Switzerland: CHF 7, free from CHF 50
- Other countries: CHF 16, free from CHF 50
For countries outside Switzerland, amounts are converted into your currency at checkout.
Order processing
Once your payment is confirmed, your order is prepared and handed to the carrier by our logistics partner. An order with several items may arrive in several parcels.
Estimated delivery time
In Switzerland, allow 7 to 14 days between your order and delivery, depending on the product and shipping conditions. For other countries, delivery may take longer depending on the destination. These times are estimates, not guarantees.
Taxes and customs duties outside Switzerland
For deliveries outside Switzerland, import taxes (local VAT), customs duties and clearance fees may be charged on delivery by the carrier or the authorities of the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are payable by the customer.
Order tracking
When a tracking number is available, we email it to you as soon as your parcel ships.
Possible delays
Delays may occur during busy periods, customs checks or exceptional circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, transport disruption). We will let you know if we become aware of a significant delay.
My parcel has not arrived
- Check the tracking, if available.
- Check your letterbox, your delivery address and with your neighbours.
- If the parcel still has not arrived after the estimated time, write to us at contact@snowen.ch with your order number. We will look into it with you.
